Job Description: Overall responsibility for the engineering and product design functions for the Company. Develop, implement and manage policies, procedures and systems that will support the Company's goals for quality, customer service and efficiency and growth. Develop and implement engineering, manufacturing and testing schedules. Prepare, review and/or approve specifications, proposals, action plans, quality control plans and test procedures. Facilitate communication with customers. Supervise an Engineering and Drafting team.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 - 5 years of engineering in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience. Experience with ISO/QS9001 quality control programs. Experience handling torsional vibration equipment.

CNC Operator

• Must have at least one year experience operating a CNC Lathe or CNC Mill
• Have basic understanding of blueprint reading
• Have basic understanding of micrometers and calipers

CNC Set-Up Person
Springville, NY Office

•   Must have at least 3 years experience setting up CNC Lathes or CNC Mills
•   Must be able to read Blueprints
•   Must be capable of measuring machined parts with various precision measuring instruments
•   Must be able to perform your own inspections
